Please use the form below if you are an overseas elector, have no one else able to be your proxy, and would instead like the Conservative Party to help you find a local UK proxy voter.
Your steps are:
1. Register to vote.
You need first to be registered to vote at your last eligible UK address. You do that HERE
2. Apply for a Proxy vote.
Depending on your country of residence postal votes may be too slow. Therefore it is best to get a proxy vote to make sure your vote is counted. That needs to be someone who can vote for you in the UK that you can trust to vote the way you want to vote.
You do that by applying HERE. You will need to provide your NI number plus the name and address of your nominated proxy and upload a photo of your handwritten signature.
3. Do you need help finding a proxy?
If you have no one in the UK you are confidently able to ask to be your proxy, and therefore need us to help find a local proxy voter for you, please complete the form below. Note they can only act as a proxy for up to four people of which only two can be UK residents. We will then provide you with the name and address of a Conservative voter as close as we can find to your registered address. You will then provide this information on the online form HERE. Please allow us at least two weeks to respond to you with the name of a proxy.
4. Postal Proxy.
Your nominated proxy if they wish can opt to vote by post within the UK which is called a Postal Proxy. This is useful if they do not vote at the same polling station as you are registered at or are not sure they can get to it. We therefore recommend a Postal Proxy.
