Conservatives Abroad in Madrid enjoyed Christmas dinner last night, with special guest Madrid regional Parliament member Elisa Vigil, a representative of our Spanish sister Party the Partido Popular. She encouraged everybody to register and vote in the municipal elections in May 2023 - a right granted to UK nationals who have been residents in Spain for at least 3 years through a mutual recognition agreement on voting between the UK and Spanish Governments.
